    Location: the hotel was short walk to a hill overlooking a lake and Thekkady and the in-house Sameera restaurant. The room was well-kept and reasonably large, included feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The atmosphere created was FAMILY.

    Couldn't recommend more for a mini-break over the weekend.

    Very nice staff, very nice location, with fine views of the Ponmudi lake surrounded by lush greenery and mountains, making for an lovely stay, and the restaurant provided delicious food options including good South Indian breakfast that was served with utmost care.

    I can't believe i almost wrote a good review. The gym is a tiny cramp with old equipment, far from luxurious. Plus, my room overlooked a pool that was super small, minimal comfort. They didn't even offer a welcome gift for my evident chaos of complaints! I wouldve expected better treatment for my high standards.

    The honeymoon pool villa was spacious with fine views. Loved the room service options and the delicious, authentic South Indian breakfast served each morning. The staff was proactive, offering to assist my mother in the wheelchair and ensuring we felt at home.

    We had such a wonderful stay in a long time. The hotel was ideal and quaint. The staff were really good. Greatly enjoyed the stunning location so close to Munnar's conventional tourist places. The atmosphere created was special. The room was fashionable and modern. It had a fridge, coffee/tea making machines, and a seating area.
